What I came here to say.... can this be verified? Because if it's real, it is clearly a message that should be taken seriously, IF it comes from Putin. After all, all of us have been talking about these very points.... election fraud, stupid energy policies, runaway inflation that impoverishes us all....
It's from 4ch. Reverse imaged it on 3 different engines. It's nowhere else. Did text break searches etc. 'The fugazi tell' is the Signature so it is supposedly a document scan etc. It is not. It would be everywhere now on hours old doc of this magnitude.

Not buying it. The sentences are too “English”. My parents immigrated and when they wrote letters and we later translated them to English, the syntax was broken.
Well, his speeches as we see them translated are in very good English, but usually longer and more complex sentences. In videos he seems to speak very fluently, without "umm" and such spacers. So I think he and his translators are capable of the Englishness and fluency, but this sounds like channeling Trump. Not enough about protecting Russia, for instance.
