Now here's the interesting part. The judge in the case is an Obama appointee. The Clinton camp thinks they can get to the judge and have most of the docs labeled protected lawyer/client priviledge, Then the judge must also think what if Durham actually has copies of these documents? If he rules the documents are protected when they clearly aren't, it could be a career ending decision or worse. I'm thinking Durham is very cool calm and collected for a reason. He probably has it all.
It’s the only way. The judge has to be forced to follow the law. To get these people the only way is to strip away the judgement calls and remove their power. The judge could burn himself by following a spastic order from his handlers but then they would just be replaced. He is worth more leaving him making him follow the law and keep him in place. He might be needed in the future.
