This TS "Q" straight up said that he isn't the Q we expect him to be. Something along those lines. There's no doubting that this individual is of some importance, having an account on TS before even Trump, but there is no way of knowing if this individual was a part of the original Q team. There isn't enough to go on, and so far this new "Q" has yet to prove himself by posting something mind-blowing.
I think when @q says not the Q we expect him to be, it's in the sense that they will not be posting in the same style, with Q drops like before. Absolutely the same people. No way they are on TS during beta testing, before Trump and allowed to claim the q handle without being the q group
