What’s fucked is they attempted to burn all the records in 1973. Problem was MKULTRA was so large they couldn’t find all the dox to burn. Dreamers are children that came in as children and have spent considerably more of their life here than in their home country. They're still illegal. They're a troublesome humanitarian case because they would struggle to fit in in their home country.
This is why you can't wait on deporting these people. Once they start setting down roots it becomes harder to kick them out.
