I would highly recommend ignoring these kind of "it will come soon" news and focus on whats has already come out. When the time is right it will be released and not a moment sooner.

If they're still six weeks from revealing what they've got it seems foolish to put out these "we've got you" proclamations this far ahead.

Why announce before the release? It only sets up those involved to be taken out in a car-pedestrian accident, a drowning, a “suicide”, etc.
