Ill agree with you that the pic is awful quality but it does look like shes holding a short pistol, the top of it slightly angled to the camera. It does look a little bit like a fat outstretched index finger but i think the video would be more telling

That image does not prove it to me, because it looks badly photoshopped. And I highly doubt these body cams have resolutions this low... And if they do, then this needs to be corrected. This is like 1980s camera tech.
