Yes I’m vaccinated, last September I was fully vaccinated. Iv had severe chest pains and high blood pressure for 5 days above 180. I’m 28 years old. The hospital said I’m too young to worry about a stroke or heart attack. Anyone have similar symptoms? I will go back to hospital tomorrow. I’m at 183 right now. I’m healthy, minor stress but not crazy. Please help me figure out if this is vaccine related or not . Cheers

Doc here.
Glad to have you here doc!!!
Thanks for your service!!!
Follow this advice.
Thank you for your advice!!!
You need to smoke a FUCK ton of weed.
High BP is REALLY bad on all of your organs.
You need a soothing hobby like building bird houses, or tending a moss garden. I'm not joking. You need to get this under control quickly or you're dead in less than a year. I'm kinda having a hard time believing you're at over 180 and can sit up and type.
Have you made peace with God? Repent and be saved.
The medical industry is trying to kill you.
This is not good at all. They are out of line saying you are too young for a stroke, little babies can have strokes although not usually from high bp. However, until you get a more caring doctor, just chill out, lower your salt and caffeine, don't drink alcohol to relax. Who knows if it's the vaccine, could be as it does a number on the blood vessels.
Hahahahaha that was an epic fail, im sorry
I identify as a fern and am now literally shaking because I'm so offended🐸
😆
Good point. Feedback is very important. Try to breathe more slowly on the exhalation. Get comfortable without distraction, put away the news and outside world, just slow, non-forced breaths.
Yes, a long, slow exhalation will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, which can lower your blood pressure. Breathe out as slowly as you can; aim for 30 seconds.
Oooh! Spike proteins attach to nicotinic receptors as well as ACE2 receptors.
If you look at any of the vaccinated bloodwork done by many scientists since the rollout, you'd know that your blood literally behaves differently now. I don't know if this is why your blood pressure is high, but it is a likely factor imo.
I'm not in the medical field, so I'll leave medical recommendations to others.
That being said, there are some amazing threads here that go into detail about detoxing from the jabs, if it's something you're interested in. I would assume so, since you're here. Here's just one:

You need to get your butt to a cardiologist or even a good GP. Ask them if it's normal for the hospital to pat you on the head and send you home with BP that high.
BTW, have you seen the news stories about young, vaccinated CHILDREN having heart attacks?
Likely not to be easy, but may vary with area, wait lists are growing...
I have chronic high blood pressure. I've notice a few things that always seem to matter.
Lisinopril is a good place to start. Its been used for forever and works well to lower BP and protect kidneys/liver. I bet its one of the first thing a doctor will mention.

This, 2. If you're eating a lot of prepackaged food, or fast food, it's extremely high in sodium.
May want to consider switching to a simple/natural ingredients type diet
Try to help yourself, eat less salt, drink water, drink hibiscus tea, relax.
You sound like my kin. Took the shot and ever since has been on blood pressure meds. Triathlete with no reason to have high blood pressure. Go figure.
I would bet good money it’s the shot. No doubt in my mind.
Do you have family history of high blood pressure? Sometimes there is no escaping genetics ….. I’ve seen people in their twenties on BP medicine who are thin and fit appearing. Before COVID and vaccines. It happens. Get in with a PCP today.
You can get a bottle of coenzyme Q10 at your grocery store pharmacy, and taking it as directed should lower your blood pressure safely. Red yeast rice (also a supplement) should help too. I am not a doctor, but I speak from experience and from the experience of others.
I take CoQ10 every day and it lowered my blood pressure reasonably fast (I measured it two days apart and saw a noticeable drop). After two years of taking it daily, my blood pressure is just shy of normal. I also lost weight in that time period, which also helped.
If you are concerned and would like to try a natural supplement for blood pressure, then the ones I mentioned might help. If it is due to the vaccine, then who knows for sure? Good luck.
I've been taking CoQ10 for a number of years now, and a year ago or so switched to the ubiquinol variety.
For me I haven't noticed it lowered my BP, I've been taking it due to having some heart issues in years past but of my own volution.
Don't worry, the medical community will never admit it is because you are vaccinated. /s
Seriously, try to relax, elevate your feet to the level of your heart or above as often as you can. A hammock, recliner, or adjustable bed will help.
What is your clot pressure?
Look into hawthorn and why it helps cardio issues. Bromelain helps cleave the spike protein.(take on empty stomach w water) Do not screw with alcohol, weed, cigs, or drugs at all.
You need to do your research on this forum. There's countless detox threads
I take hawthorn for a rapid heart rate - it helps. Just adding my experience here
After I had COVID I had high blood pressure and racing heart rate!!
Turns out there is a High correlation between COVID and Graves’ disease - overactive thyroid.
Thyroid controls heart beat and metabolism.
Get thyroid tests asap.
Since you have a doctor in here giving actual advice I'll just pray for you
Any vices? Below is posted about sodium intake, if you're eating a lot of prepackaged or fast food, those are all high in sodium, even "low sodium" offerings.
Also, if you haven't already, try different BP cuffs if available. Yours may be faulty.
What's the lower number?
