Whilst there appears to be more older women having babies, the overall trend is very down.
Under 20 years old it's dropped around 60% in 10 years, and from 20-24, arguably when most women have children, it's heading towards a 50% drop.
Considering the UK has a lot of 'imported' mothers who breed a lot more than the locals, this looks bad.
I haven't looked at the breakdown stats based on race etc., but I suspect it looks even worse for the indigenous population, now an endangered species.
It's a failing world economy.
Looks like women ages 30-40 is up. Could it be more women are waiting? Trying to be optimistic.
This could have a lot to do with more women going to college college, graduating and working a full time job, and then putting off having a family until they’re more financially stable.
There are other data sets I haven't had time to look into yet, but all this table represents is live births - no other data.
We're not quite endangered species yet, but we're on the way.
Vaccines!!!
Lockdowns.
If anything the birth rate should be up d/t no outside activities!
I guess that was more what I was thinking-those who are already living together, but you have a point about the dating scene.
What year was Gardasil or the equivalent approved for use in the UK? 2008.
I would bet lots of infertility problems and autoimmune diseases have increased in incidence during this time.
I don't know about yall, but millennials in general are just having less kids, or kids later on in life. It's a side effect of the increasing cost of living with the stagnant wages. More people are working, unable to afford their own life, and unwilling to bring another into this world. I know i didn't have my first kid until i was 32, and wife was 29. Nothing to do with the vaccines, and everything to do with the state of the world we currently live in.
You are right.
Yep.
Thanks for sharing. This indeed is something of concern!
If you look at the whole table, births for young women, under 20 & under 24 had the sharp decline. The rates actually went up for women over 30, but not by much. In short, it shows people are waiting to have kids. The bigger picture though is that the UK is headed for a population collapse.
Probably just a temporal coincidence…

This is the Muslim long term plan to take over countries. They move in, breed like rodents, and then have a majority to take over the government.
And how many of these are “migrants?”
The birth-rate didn't drop in the 30-34, 35-39 or 40+ age groups; while vaccines are increasing still births, miscarriages and lowering fertility, their main effect seems to be autism, allergies, etc. and most of the decrease in under 20's, 20-24 and 25-29 is likely due to social engineering.
My sister (we're Irish but being socially engineered at the same pace as the UK) had her first baby at 30, and my sister in law at 29.
'The new normal'..
This isn’t anything. Why did you circle the young mothers? That trend is fine as if you look at the 30+ groups you’ll find the 20,000 less births in young mothers made up for in the older group. People are having babies later in life.
Yeah, because in the UK that's totally normal, especially when historically speaking the UK has one of the highest rates of teenage pregnancies in Europe.
Replacement. Increasing numbers of migrants that breed like rodents.
Many years ago I read "Death of the West" by Patrick J. Buchanan and he wrote about the population shifts and declining birth rates, especially in the West. Back in early 2000 there was no "vaccination" to help decrease populations at the levels we see today, but he was entirely correct about the population shifts happening throughout the world. I think what would be even more eye opening would be to see these statistics broken down by race. There is a world wide genocide taking place and targeted population replacements that are happening, especially in Europe and the US. After looking through his more recent books, I think I need to read some more of his books...he is a very good writer with great sense of what is going on in the world.
All the world's population growth is in Africa.
I would go by 2018 data due to the scamdemic… but still a big downward trend…
UK births have been declining for a long time. as I recall it is a symptom of the Post industrial age. I remember reading about it twenty or more years ago.
