Ok, so what is the deal with this video? Why is it being put out into the ether? Pres. Trump worked in television and has learned how they go to all kinds of efforts to frame the shot EXACTLY right. He was looking into the viewfinder to see how the shot was going to be filmed and it felt off. So what?
He's a really smart man. Why is there an issue here and why would they release this?

This is a DoP (Director of Photography) framing the shot perfectly with the appropriate set dressing. The lighting is perfect too.
Yeah I'm not really sure what they're "reeee"-ing about this time. But it was interesting how he kept fiddling with the glass of water at least. Just looked like them doing a little prep work to make the shot more eye pleasing, which doesn't seem like a big deal...? Idk
