This arm of government (DOJ) is in a state of Treason, they are officially and in writing, against the Constitution and the directives of SCOTUS, that makes them rogue outlaws, or more accurately, A terrorist organisation.
They just walked into a trap.
Maybe so, but like a lot of people here say we need action. The government has gone against the constitution in so many ways in the past few years alone that I can't even keep track of it all.
Don't forget they're starting to call for a dissolvement of SCOTUS over the rulings today... -- Which is precisely why the founders of the US had built the government to have three branches of government -- to keep eachother in check from infringing upon American's constitutional rights.
Even with how far America has fallen, I'm still envious of how your government was set up. Democracy is overrated, a Constitutional Republic is where it's at!

The DOJ has one purpose and only one purpose. It is to enforce the federal laws of the land with the Bill of Rights being the keystone.
This public statement by the DOJ is so inappropriate, it is grounds for immediate termination. Clearly, these 'cocky' lawyers need to have their wings clipped.
The DOJ and POTATUS can disagree all they want, respectfully or otherwise, but they are bound by the Constitution to abide by the Supreme Court's ruling. So now let's see just how rogue these two corrupt entities -- DOJ and POTATUS -- will they obey the SCOTUS decision, or will they selectively enforce extrajudicial laws made up by rogue states?
This is just one more front of the Constitutional crisis America is in right now.
