Also for a while there there were some types conspiracy theory that said he had special contacts, that helped him to read what to say, or a way for people to communicate with him. I don’t know all the details, but it sounds feasible to me. He’s always squinting
They are blue in both. But if they were brown now, its cause he's full of shit.
It’s really interesting to hear different peoples replies. Because when I zoom in on his eyes, I see one brown, and then the other blue. Several people have said they think they’re both blue. It really is interesting how each person perceives things. I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’m just saying that what you see is what you see. And what I see is what I see. Now apply that on a global scale. It’s no wonder nobody can see eye to eye! Lol! Perception varies so much.
They both look blue to me. The one on the right looks darker blue, but that's because of different cameras, settings, lighting, etc...
And different monitors show colors differently. So my screen might be showing his eyes to be more blue than your screen does. This is why there's usually a disclaimer for online shoppers that the color of the product you receive might not match what you see on your monitor. From personal experience, picking paint colors online is really hit or miss because of that.
Coming from somebody who does home repairs aside work, I would never purchase a paint online. Even choosing one at the store, and having them mix it, can go wrong. We’ve had to return paint many times. Even just based on the type of sheen.

A lot depends on your screen. Color can vary from one device to the next.

Lighting and color balance of the photos doesn't match. 2nd photo still looks like dark blue as I see it though. I work in Photoshop everyday though so my eyes are tuned for it. The dude has had enough other surgery though to look like nearly a different person.
The skin tone shows both pictures were toned a different way. We know it’s someone else but the eye colors quite not differ.

Not sure where you are going with this question but, ... 1) if the FBI is involved, it's definitely treasonous action, and 2) why would any citizen need to involve the FBI in PROSECUTIONS of the treasonous? They have no Congressional Charter, therefore they have only the authority we allow them to have ... which should be NIL.
We can't even trust them to do honest background checks any more, whichs means THEY THEMSELVES are a direct threat to the Second Amendment.

Eyebrows have different shape and one actor has more grey in them. The eye SHAPES are also different.

The photo on the right is from the meme that’s going around with him holding that paper with instructions on it. The other ones from a very long time ago. I don’t know the age, but I’m gonna say around 10 years or something, maybe more.

Focus on the shape. The shapes of the eyes are quite different in comparison. My mother had vanity surgery to correct the same condition of the Biden on the left, removing the extra folds of skin around her eyes. it worked for a while to open them up, but then the folds came back because surgery couldn't overcome her genetics. The old Biden on the right should be showing the same progression, even if he had surgery to correct the condition. Right Biden's irises are also larger than left Biden's irises. That is not the progression of age, and it is not possible. The eyes shrink as people grow older. They do not get bigger.
