Get a reverse osmosis water purifier, never use fluoride toothpaste and get a shower head that removes fluoride. That's a good start.
Aldi purified water is fluoride free.
That's why I make my own toothpaste; its easy and much cheaper.

I don't add coconut oil, too messy. I use calcium carbonate, little baking soda, neem powder, xylitol. charcoal, diatomaceous earth, peppermint oil or cinnamon (use sparingly, strong stuff) and cellulose gum. Colloidal silver (30ppm) to mix. When I have time to spare I don't rinse but take a little coconut oil and do some swishing around - great way to keep gums healthy.
