Dang that barrels got to be scratching that cat as low as she's slinging it.
You ain't kidding.
Never hurts to get the motor running before a good shootout... :)
Pistons need good lubrication.
I would risk violating trigger discipline to get where that barrel is
You ain't kidding. I risk getting my finger shot off.
Aw, she's just posing not really carrying it there for long. LOL
Never store your firearm in your trousers. Its a great way to shoot your baby makers off.
Hell, even holstering a pistol in a belt holster can result in an accidental discharge into your foot.
I'll always prefer rifles for this reason. Much easier to control where the barrel is at all times.
Disagree. Don't carry appendix if you aren't skilled. It is a risky carry style which can be mitigated by practice and safety precautions. Appendix offers a low print if you're built right (need a chest and not be fat) and a fast draw with near instantaneous barrel-on-body - meaning when can you fire and hit the target anywhere during the draw stroke. Sometimes in CQB, especially undercover (which is akin to real life street scenarios), you are within 5' and drawing and shooting. You'll also see operators carrying this way.
I suppose I'll amend my original statement to only do this is you know what you are doing.😅
I'm always paranoid around firearms, and take extra precautions.
That's a good thing if you're not comfy. Go slow. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. I have firearm within 5' of me at any given time.
Carry Ppendix all you want. Use a fucking holster designed for it.
Doesn't take much to catch a trigger on some clothing and shooting yourself in the femoral artery. Had a call like that once.
#3 will save your junk, and femoral artery.
If you don't practice, you should not carry a gun at all. If you do practice, you could carry it in your mouth and it would be safe.
Doesn't take much to catch a trigger on some clothing....
What am I talking to a bunch of Barney Fifes here lol.
Was taught the first two when I was 6 or so when I had a cap gun
Dunno, I carried safely for 40 years in every manner. Unwanna put a revolver in your fat assed waste band go-ahead. If you are not smart enough to know a semi auto needs a holster then you are barney fife
I never carry a round in the chamber. easiest safety rule of my life and I can deal with the extra 2 seconds to rack whatever gun I have
I never have an empty chamber unless it's being dismantled.
I carry striker fired (no hammer) in a designed IWB holster. Getting shot in the femoral is a fast way to die.
Pistols are made for fighting your way to a rifle.
Hard to conceal a rifle.
I knew it I knew it !
It's a photo shoot
You Carry that way for the photo.
They didn't just lift her shirt in her normal carry mode.
Just realized I duplicated your post.. sorry. Not trying to be a Thunderthief!
What gun? I didn't see a gun in that pic.
I agree with the no belt a problem issue because nothing to keep holster from coming up with gun, but your wrong on the hammer fire issue. Where the heck do you think you thumb is during draw? Of course it on top of the hammer cocking it back as you draw.
Part of the draw with hammer fired gun is to pull gun out with thumb on trigger. It's a one move motion. Hammer is cocked before I can get sites on target even in point and shoot.
The hammer on my CZ75-P01 is not going to catch on any cloths either and more than you lame as Block.
At least she's not carrying condition 1. I carry appendix largely and I use striker fired SIGs.
I can't imagine sitting down and having that beaver tail jab you in the navel. Now jabbing that beaver's tail....different story.
Big Mike agrees.
Now I have a bulge in my pants! KEK
LOL
Funny and true! Thank you for the giggle!
If you see a gun in ANYONES pants, that is a freaking safety hazard! Holsters were invented for a reason, use them!
That gun is holstered, there are inside the pants holsters.
Yeah, the holster is right there! I'd worry about the long necklace. If she leans over, it can catch. I agree with the others that she should have a belt on.
