Just check the diagram of how far reach their associations and tentacles. You can dig through each of the shell company associate with them. I don't guarantee you will find a connection but chances are, you going to find that they are connected maybe through a shell company.
Just check number 13 first. You will see their tentacles long and wide. They are probably more powerful than Black Rock. When you open the document, you will see secretary state filing fee. Most of the time, it's like $10. Number 13 shows $4050. All the entities that is affected by them. The list is long. 51 page article.

I looked into some of the companies listed there. I only looked at several but it looks like the change of registered agent matched exactly to what was shown on 13 and 16. So basically, Dominion Voting is paying for the registered agent changes. What does that mean I do not know. Is it controlled by them? Knowing businesses because I am a business owner, no one can change my registered agent except me. So that tells me Dominion Voting is in charge of those companies. Now, I have not looked at everything just randomly sample some, but I found something really interesting. Take a look at this one.
