It's a start. I understand it equates to $20-25-thousand for each fired person. That hardly covers lost income, assets, and pain and suffering.
I cannot begin to tell you how important this is. This is the first (and arguably hardest) hurdle with this fight. This is going to start an avalanche of suits, and the payouts are just going to go higher and higher.
The next hurdle is holding companies accountable for adverse reactions, which is going to be harder to prove, but thats going all the way to the supreme court.
I’m involved in class action against my former employer. This is huge for us.

Wait till punitive damages start being applied to suits.
Better yet:
Companies mandate vaccine -> employees get injured -> company liable -> company liability insurance denies claim -> company has to pay penalties -> company may have to raid executive retirement plans to pay damages

Teach them a lesson. but I can't help but think in the back of my mind was this part of the plan too knowing companies would get sued and may eventually go out of business because of it and then forcing people to rely on the government even more?
And then Blackrock or Vanguard buy up said companies for pennies on the dollar.

I want compensation for the mental torture of being forced to ask for a religious exemption, thinking I was losing my job, coercion attempts from other employees, and being forced to tell my employer my religious beliefs on the subject!!!!
Send this to your former employers and start asking them how much they think you will be getting.
Those who were forced to take the Covid shot to retain their job get $3000. I would not accept that because chances are they will suffer more side effects soon or in the future.

Liberty Counsel estimates that, if approved by the court, all or nearly all of the affected employees will end up receiving about $25,000 each. Those who took the shots against their will just to keep their jobs will receive about $3,000 each.
Thirteen health care workers who served as lead plaintiffs in the case will also receive an additional amount of about $20,000 each for their trouble.
It’s probably less than than they planned for when they when they decided to enforce the illegal mandates. The lawyers made a shit ton of money.
Ahhh, this is what I have been waiting to see, justice! Now sue the bureaucrats and politicians that forced the corporatists' hands.
