I just wish they'd hire some better writers. I get that a bit of wokeism has to be followed to get under the radar, but they could at least get people that could try to write a cohesive plot structure and logical characters.

Especially with streaming services and shows now, the drive is for more "CONTENT". There must be more. More and more quantity. The sheeple must consooom. The attitude is "Who cares? We need content. Throw in some 'member berries to play their nostalgia and they'll buy it".
Its a miserable state of affairs and its absolutely not working out for them. The money isn't coming in. Rather than course correct, however, they just double down and try to lure you to consoom without any care for the quality of the product - only that there is more product and that there isn't anyone else making a better one. Kill competition or buy it out rather than compete is the motto.
