Beliefs are what make a true American. That lady in blue? True American. I want to live in a country with people like her.
Me, too...God Bless them all...great loving hearts. 🙏
I think you meant the girl in pink. She was the original choice.
This is conservative virtue signaling at its (notso) finest...stop playing the lefts game
I play my game. No one else's.
What's in your head and heart - that's all that matters to me. Mainly because that's all that matters.
You GLOW, you racist dumbass. This is the exact rhetoric the MSM is claiming “Trump supporters” have. True America First patriots know no color or race amongst Americans. The girl in blue is as American as apple pie. YOU on the other hand, glow like a Nazi. Tre BLOCKED sucka. Buh bye.
Glows big time. Go back to nuance class RJ!
I don't see blacks as foreigners. They've been here as long as we have and in my mind they make up the "American" originalists like Italians, Irish, English, etc. I've never really seen Asians as part of the "originalists," though they have joined the melting pot well. The originalist melting pot period ended, we established our country well and now ANY foreigners from ANYwhere need to be tightly mathematically restricted. I'd write what I think about Mexicans and Middle Easterners, but..... if you don't have anything nice to say...
Blacks have ancestral roots in America older than many whites, simply because the importation of Slaves was banned in 1803. While the biggest waves of European immigrants didn't come until the the late 19th century. They have as much right to tell white people to go back to Europe as anyone besides American Indians.
Agreed.
Well no one has the right to tell anyone where to "go back to". I was born in America. I have a birthright. So too does anyone else born here, including anchor babies... Should that mean their parents get to stay? I think that needs to be evaluated on a case by case basis. I think pending any violent crime, hypothetical anchor babies should retain their claim.
But even then, the way citizenship is determined needs to be overhauled. Assumed consent is how these evil bastards get away with so much... I never gave my consent to this government. And at this time I will not.
As much right I said, which is no right at all was my point. I could have worded better....
I'll stand next to her and appreciate her example of 'goodness' any day.
While you have your right to your opinion, you seem judgemental, opinionated and egotistical. And no, I am not a liberal.
My town is less than 50% white, but being in the South, the culture is still the same. There are even black people driving pickups and tractors. We get along here.
Japan is already homogeneous and xenophobic.
That father is one strong dude. And that young lady is a giant in terms of being a decent human.
😭 Tear jerker story for sure!
Depends on where you're at. Considering how dem run shitholes have corralled black Americans into ghettos, there is a systemic problem.
But this isn't country wide. That's where the narrative starts to crumble. But to say it's completely made up is ignorance.
Two pretty ladies.
Homecoming in August? This is old
October it should be...
It’s possible to take any picture and write a story about it. In fact, it’s an exercise often used by creative writing teachers to stimulate students’ imagination. Not trying to be harsh …
Source??
I wondered that the first time I saw the photo a long, long time ago.
Fair point and question.
Even if the story is fiction, the idea is still good.
No, it isn't.
Why?
The only positive thing would be compassion from the "homecoming queen".
Otherwise, it's a stupid story that puts an emphasis on pretentious popularity contests, made moreso ridiculous if she had truly lost her mother that morning. That makes her look narcissistic and out of touch that she would prize popularity and small town fame over respectfully mourning her mother or supporting other close family members in grief.
Beautiful story, thanks for posting. Love to both those girls.
I agree. There are many good people out there, the problem is the lies perpetrated to keep us divided. It is your character, not color, that speaks volumes.
Actions define who we are. Not words. Not opinions.
america isat a nationality like just about every country.
it's a spirit
the American spirit
Disagree. Our nationality is freedom.
4 beautiful humans. God bless
God Bless both those girls and thier families.
Very moving. What a great person!
Leftists figuring out how to make this white privilege and oppression in 3, 2…
Haha, yup!
Who cares? They're allowed to speak their stupidity. We're the ones giving them attention thereby validating their opinions. If you want these idiots to go away, stop acknowledging them.
Heart warming... ❤️
Yeah, me too!!
The Cabal never tire in trying to convince us all that our neighbors are our enemies. Maybe 20% of "Americans" are hardcore totalitarians and they are the enemy. Most of them white.
I wouldn't even say 20%. I think that's inflated by internet tough guys. Most people like the ideas of totalitarianism, but when push comes to shove they assume someone else will fight their revolution.
He's a king.
If I lost a parent that morning, I wouldn't be on a football field for homecoming.
Yeah. While compassion is admirable, putting shallow pretenses above grieving for your mom or supporting other family members in pain shows a bit if selfishness and narcissism or at least wildly out of touch.
Not something to be proud of and stupid even on the dad in this story.
Yes, and it put undue social pressure on the black girl to share the spotlight for which she won an election. White girl should’ve skipped homecoming and let the HC queen have her moment
Dunno why someone had such a brain fart to down vote you.
Some people can't deal with ideas that challenge their perspective, or maybe it's like reddit where they are getting a grade or kick out of their writing assignment and so try to bury other ideas.
In your opinion and your family views that might be the case, but here we lack information. Was mom dying of cancer? Was she in a coma for weeks? Maybe it was her wish that life went on uninterrupted? Maybe the story is exaggerating the right details?
Stop projecting your worldview upon other people. Your ideas are not the correct ideas.
Did Mom get the jab?
Asking the important questions...
But I believe this story originated before COVID.
Cool. Not everyone is you.
What kinda comment is that?
A friendly reminder that not everyone shares your exact perspective.
Same.
Me too.
Beautiful young ladies. Who also have great fathers. Gave me chills
I don't. Ignoring your wife/mother's death for the sake of something vapid like celebrating a decade of brainwashing with a dress-up party to me seems kinda morbid and fucked up. Like her memory didn't really even matter to you. I dunno; life is for the living, and all that, but.... time and a place guys.
Maybe the girl's mother dreamed of her daughter enjoying homecoming as it was a highlight of her own teenage years, and father and daughter chose to honor her by attending.
Well said. Agree with you. We don't know the circumstances. It could have been the mom's wish. Some deaths are long time coming and planning occurs.
With a name like Peter Beater I question your maturity.
You judge books by their cover, and use ad-hominems to put down others, instead of considering their message, and I'm the immature one. It's the mark of an educated man to entertain a thought without necessarily accepting it. You have some growing to do. There's more to life than virtue signaling over highschool bullshit.
Talk about not being able to fit in someone elses shoes. You have any women in your life? They would sympathize with this as well. Soften your heart old man.
"My worldview is the correct worldview. Source: fuck you"
