I actually like the idea of hiring veterans/first responders to just sit in classrooms "auditing" the classes. Would these teachers teach differently with an observer sitting in the classroom every day?
That's an idea, but I'd straight up just replace the teachers with Patriots - saves money.
I'm preaching to the choir here, but we all know that, conservatively, at least 50% of teachers are replacement level stooges.
Many moons ago, my wife was pursuing an Education Major at a large university. She got within one credit of getting that degree and decided to quit and switch directions as it was, even then, apparent to her the lack of quality teacher being produced.
I sat in on the very occasional class, and even though I was a complete knucklehead at the time I was also shocked at the banality of the higher level courses. And I mean, this was 20+ years ago, and I was TRULY a retard. We're talking discussions of rudimentary children's books, etc. It was like kindergarten for teachers.

And I’d imagine the potential of more more then likely conservative men entering a field that’s been predominantly dominated by Women and Soy for a couple decades is also scaring the shit out of the undoubtably liberal education establishment.
Quite poetic actually. They wanted to rot us from the inside, and we're returning the favor. Imagine being the liberal parent of a conservative child. The arguments would be epic. Hopium springs eternal.
The one time in Middle School years ago I had a black female drill instructor as a substitute teacher. My class of dipshits and twerps tried giving her shit. She shut that down real fast!
The look on my classmates faces when she tore into them was priceless!
Sounds good to me, all the best teachers i had were people that had real jobs before they became a teacher, unlike most these days who pretty much never leave the school environment so never grow as people.
I wouldn't count on an automatic correlation between military service and patriotic mindset. There is a flaming leftist running for Congress here in NY who brags on his ads that he was enlisted (either navy seal or green beret, I can't remember which he claims) and how he will fight to defend the Constitution if elected.

i would rather have an un"educated" vet teaching our kids than in indoctrinated indoctrinator pushing their woke agenda.
The last thing they want is a threat to their stranglehold on education power. But patriots in the classroom would be a close second.
