This has the exact same effect as sending them a letter telling them to destroy all records.
In fact ….I think I smell smoke coming from NIH hq
That's just Fauchi's brain trying to figure out a way out of the trap he's in.
And wagging a finger
Ooh, a sternly-worded letter! That'll scare those HHS folks into compliance! As we've seen, our other lettered-health research agencies have complied with the law including adhering to the ban on Gain of Function research! We can all rest easy that the records will not be altered and deleted in any way now that Roger Marshall is on the case!

edit: Sarcasm aside, I think that more assertive measures by our congress need to be taken. If we see that these agencies can delete records and flagrantly cover their tracks with COVID, they'll obviously stop at nothing including ignoring the law and demands from lawmakers for transparency and adherence to lawful and ethical standards.
Thank you for your effort, OP. Do you have a link to the sauce?
Here you go:
awesome, thank you for the quality post.
Maybe another FBI raid?
Didn't mention hammers.
What about video game chat rooms?
Well now they'll just lose them all. Oopsie.
'Thank you for your cooperation."
"Sincerely..."
Seriously? Subpoena the damn things! RIGHT NOW!
They'll be destroyed.
Here come the worthless ‘I love Hillary’ emails as a distraction.
They will destroy anything they see fit and nothing will happen to them.
Why would there be any consequences? Thus far, there has been zero repercussions for any govt official that has destroyed Federal docs.
