The main thing Oz has going for him is that he's not a Democrat. We should keep a close eye on him; I don't know if he has the courage to do what is going to be necessary in the coming months.

PA voter here. Meh, a bit of a nothing burger to me. I think Oz was just trying to duck a question, sort of like when your wife asks you if those jeans make her ass look fat. Had he answered "no" the commie media would have pilloried him and Uncle Festerman's campaign would have parroted it nonstop.
Festerman is trying to make Oz look like some total MAGA crazy to sway moderate, swing voters, and disillusioned dems. Any R is going to go strong in the T, but Oz is trying to make inroads with voters in the 2 large cities. Neither were politicians before running to become a public servant after spending their lives in the real world private sector.
Consequently, neither are dependent on or afraid of the Republican Political Machine.
Both had to choose whether to run as a democrat or a republican because that's a requirement for anyone wishing to be an elected public servant in our current system. Both chose to run as republicans, for obvious reasons.
Hopefully more TRUE RINOs like Trump and his friend Dr Oz will be elected in the future. However, for now, I'm praying that PA voters are psywar savvy enough to elect Oz on November 8th.

I've met people in upstate PA that are worried about winter coming and heating bills. Despite PA having huge deposits of anthracite coal (very high purity and energy density) and natural gas. Festerman will happily screw them over for the latest woke bullshit. But at least PA residents will be able to get high once they push through legalized dope.

Not every battle will be won on every battleground. When Oz's past started surfacing, I think PA was a lost battleground this time around.
But if we figured this shit out, Trump's team was likely to have as well and then some. So why the endorsement? What's the ulterior goal here?
Only plausible theory is Trump is "giving" Democrats a win in the idea that they'll be able to swoop in and steal PA wholesale without restraint, especially if they're aware other states won't have their levers and switches for them anymore, so they'd likely be desperate.
