I take two of them 1000mg vit C tablets you drop in water daily. I swear by them when I notice a little cold coming, the earlier you notice the better it works.
That also brings up a good point.
If you DO catch the flu, it may be 3 days sickness for you, but could be life threatening for a fully vaxed person. Since I don't want deaths on my conscience... I'd stay home and away from people.
I think those deaths would primarily be on the conscience of big pharma, big media, governments, and importantly themselves.
Accidentally giving the flu to someone with vaids is the straw that broke the camel's back if it does/would kill them.

There is no flu. Your body cleanses itself and the symptoms of the flu are the toxins making their way out of your body.

Interfering in that process by suppressing the necessary ways in which we get rid of waste/toxins is harmful and only keeps the toxins within for another cycle.
The cleaner you live, the less you get the flu because you don't have the same amount of toxins being purged every cycle.
