November is the odd man out because he requires conversion from a word which can be designated as a number... 11. Again, in this instance, instead of displaying 11 as 1 + 1 = 2 (because it is the factor requiring a conversion before applying to an otherwise normal Arabic numeral sequence), leave it as 11 and add it to the previous portion of the sentence number additives -

2 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 6 + 11 = 17 = Q

and then finish the sentence conversion with

more than the entire Election margin of 10,457 ballots (period).

I have seen this kind of three 17 markers = three Q markers in Q and Trump messaging before.

Notice all the weird capitalization of the first letter of some words and full capitalization of others throughout the letter.

There is more going on in the letter than 17 = Q drops, which is just the graphic equivalent of the Wwg1wga theme music during Trumps "America is in decline" soliloquy at the last four rallies.

What we need are some professional cryptographers to step forward and give us a hand.
