Screen grabs suck. Sauce is always appreciated
The DailyMail one is real but the other ones show no pictures of the children.

Thanks for actually looking into it
Two possibilities:
Someone used their browser devtools to add the image to the sites that didn't have an image. Devtools can also simulate running on a mobile phone.
The sites actually used the image, but removed it when they saw it was memed.
Based on what I've seen from the media, I'm leaning towards #2. kek
That said, we need to keep browser devtools in mind as there is a lot you can do with it. I can modify tweets in browser and even add a blue check to an account that doesn't have one. Haven't tried replacing an image, but I don't think it would be hard to do. No photoshopping required. Screenshot looks completely authentic.
TLDR: Sauce is important. Screenshots don't mean shit.
Did some more digging..
The photo is still there on the Express story.. just have to scroll down a bit.
Both Daily Fail and Express stories list the boy as Portuguese with the same name. Checked the internet archive for both and nothing seems to have been changed.
I also checked the Arab Weekly story which was archived twice: once in 2020, once in 2021. There was no photo of the boy in the original story, so either someone added it, or the Archive can be manipulated.
Thank you for taking the time to look further! My brain doesn't go from Point A to Point B to Point C so I was hoping someone with an organized mind could do some digging. You bring up some interesting points. I was wondering if the photo could be removed from the original story and I know nothing of browser devtools. Thanks, again!
My pleasure!
The Dailymail article is about the Portuguese schoolboy Vitor Godinho.
The Express article references Portuguese schoolboy Vitor Godinho and included an image at the bottom of the article.
The earliest cached version of the Arab Weekly page in the wayback machine makes no reference to the Portuguese schoolboy and included no image.
It seems that someone is attempting to dupe me!
Noah Posner? Another who died twice in different parts of the world. No. Leonard Pozner father to Noah was the main person initiating the Alex Jones days in Kangaroo court resulting in the $BILLION$ fine.
“Tacos for Noah”
These clowns set up fake charities “in honor of” their dead children.
That has to be a record if taken at face value.
There was a young girl who survived being pulled out of bombed buildings in Syria several.times
I think it is even more damming that hospital wards in Italy and New York look the same.
well, since this is fake, I'm guessing maybe that was BS too?
Stop noticing goy!! I think you’ve had a bit too much to think!
"Luckily the child's parents made sure he received his boosters which greatly lessened the number of countries he died in," virologists said in a statement.
Hi Alex, I will take the category ABS{straw man x 3} for $1000.
Wow, that kid must be really sick. I hope he’s feeling better and doesn’t die a forth time.
Only the DailyMail article includes the photo. The other articles don't show a photo.

It’s a very deadly virus. I’m not surprised it kills the same kid multiple times. 🤔
OH my!
Not only that, but it's a boy in UK and Portugal, and a girl in Belgium. 🤣
Wasn't this proven to be fake half a year ago?
Poor kid. That's the worst of luck right there.
Looks like one of the Sandy Hook kids
poor kid, imagine dying 3 times in a row
I'd say I'm baffled. But really it's more of a flummoxed situation, really.
Poor guy.. wuflu killed me too. Only once though
Good lord, is that kid still dying? He already died something like 8 or 9 times at the beginning of the scamdemic all over the world. I think I have at least some of the articles archived somewhere, will have a dig when I get a chance.
Please do provide them, as the screenshot of a screenshot provided here didn't pan out.
I have same screen shot from April 2020 & another from the same time of a another kid who died 3 times with 3 different names in 3 countries. Have no idea how to post screen shots tho.
The same screenshot as posted in the original tweet? Well I guess you don't need it anymore, per the discussions showing that it's incorrect.
As for the other kid, you could put it in its own post, which gives you the option of sharing images. I don't know if you can put an image in a reply. Probably through an image hosting service, but I'm not familiar with using those. Catbox seems to be popular though.
The tweet for this post implies that this is current, the screenshot I have is from April 2020 from memory the source articles were floating around at the time.
The other kid is a screenshot also, Im not going to bother as I have no sauce for the pasta.
