I am currently watching the rally in Texas. Can someone please help me understand why Trump is so proud of the vaccines and "operation warp speed"? What am I missing?

The Cabalists and Deep Staters had a 16 year plan to destroy America. When President Trump interrupted their plan in 2016, they were half way through their plan. In 2020, the Cabalists unleashed their biological weapons program upon the world in order to stave off The Great Awakening. They expected President Trump to resist, and be removed from office for incompetently handling the plandemic response.
They never expected him to steer America into the heart of the storm via Operation Warp Speed. Rather than the plandemic going on for a decade, we tore through the event in a couple of years, leaving the Deep Staters and Cabalists completely out of ammunition. They are now having to fall back on Global Thermonuclear War as a last resort to stop President Trump and The Great Awakening.
Always analyze the moves and countermoves, and consider the timelines that were averted from ever existing. We are on the only pathway through The Storm that results in a saved humanity, with minimal collateral damage. Always remember that had Hillary been installed, we would be in a Global Thermonuclear War, and in all likelihood America would be suffering from the nuclear fallout at this very instance in that averted timeline.

Operation warp speed shut down the cabal's plans for seven to ten years of lock down, and economic ruin of the country. It was the only play open to Trump and the whitehats. The other choice was they win.
This is not a movie. This is an ongoing war with moves and counter moves. The mop up operation may last for decades before all the cabal's moving parts are removed.
Also, because the vaccines were rushed, they were “experimental.” They can’t (legally) mandate an experimental drug.
There's absolutely no justification for it to take decades. "It will take decades" is what politicians tell us so they can milk the system.
Look at Trump. He does things in days, weeks or months. Certainly not decades.

But for those who are making judgments based off the facts. Well it's obvious what to make of his continued endorsement of this abomination, and his refusal to repent of it.
It's interesting how many people talk of this "strategic move" theory as if it's a known fact, when in reality it's just speculation like you said.
I was looking to see if anyone made a comment like this. Thankfully everyone isn’t brainwashed into thinking everything is a strategic move. I personally think it’s a huge problem that he continues to praise it. I’ve had so many people come up to me and claim, “you know, I was against this vaccine for the longest time until trump told his viewers to get it” and it’s hard to tell people why they shouldn’t get it, meanwhile trump is praising op warp at every rally. I’m tired of the speculation. He needs to stop promoting it. It won’t kill him to simply disregard it, he doesn’t need to talk negatively. But the fact that he goes out of his way is concerning because these people that changed their minds were friends and family who love and trust trump.
Well, another way to approach it is that baby sacrifices were halted. Many took the injection with their free will. No unborn child was given that option.
My thoughts are that warp speed was a fake and he is baiting the libs to come out and say that the vaxx was created much earlier. Which would expose the whole covid scam. If we all got on the band wagon of praising Trump for warp speed, it would infuriate the left enough someone would Crack.
Also this might destroy big pharmaceuticals in the process. We are in a war. So their will be loses no matter what.
Among the other reasons listed here, could also be a litmus test of sorts. Waiting for the People to correct him and say "hell no the vaccine is not a good thing," proving they aren't sheep anymore. Then we can get to the next level.
Interesting take. I know that here in Alberta, conservative country, the uptake was low, compared to BC, where the population is more liberal. This will/could shift the political landscape in the near future.

Operation warp speed was about the acceleration of the covid vaccines.
WHICH covid vaccines?
President Trump never specified that he was talking about the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. Those two companies came to the forefront when they brought their vaccines to market first, but the military have been working on their own vaccine this entire time that allegedly can inoculate against all strains of influenza.
President Trump set Big Pharma up to be the fall guys in this operation. He placed Anthony Fauci on a pedestal, and allowed him all the rope he needed. Fauci's fall will be of his own making, and he will bring Big Pharma down along with him. The Rand Paul hearings with Fauci are the tip of the iceberg. You've seen how Fauci squirms in those hearing. Get ready for dozens of other pharmaceutical executives to be called to testify in the near future.
His playing along with the vaccine role out is required in order for him to remain a neutral third party on the matter, and not get involved when the Nuremberg trials begin for the pharmaceutical executives, and members of the CDC, WHO, and WEF. The trials that are to come of this cannot look like President Trump taking retribution against his enemies.

Double meanings. He pushed them and they got greedy, exactly as he thought. Words have multiple meanings too, under the old vaccine definition, monoclonal antibodies are a vaccine. So, what did he actually take himself? And did he realize the sheep were mostly on their side and they have all voluntarily canceled their own selves and allies? Wars kill. We are at war. They push evolution, and now its gonna be survival of the fittest, intelligence fittest..
