The RE Division on the Ike was going through a period where some guys in the division were holding back their qualifications for higher watch stations because the duty rotation was easier the less you were qualified. That meant that the top qualifiers were doing six and sixes and the rookies were doing six and fifty-fours. Now, that might not mean much, but in the 80's there was still the Soviet Union and we had Lebanon, Libya and Syria, so things got a little intense. Fast forward to today. After all the shit we've been put through for the last two years and now these people want to forgive and forget? Ummmmm, not only no, but hell no and fuck no. NO DEALS.

Forgiveness never negates consequences. By all means forgive them, they still get a nice trial and prison or execution. They earned it.
