Mandates are never legal.
Might as well call mandates coercion and social ostracism at this point.
Legality is a matter of states, countries, etc.
We are supposed to be protected by some paper, but that's not everywhere. I'm not even sure how Italy handles various mandates.
They had it all planned, push it heavily without a mandate. Then there is no liability when you start dying. More proof that it was premeditated murder.
So the pharma corps. are going to try to shift blame to the govt. for improperly dictating ("mandating") the poison drug? Interesting. Sickening, but interesting.
They just opened the door for the govt. to retaliate against the pharma corps.
The plaintiff likely has a case that can be brought against the govt. or govt. agency, alleging something along the lines of "improper mandate; negligence, leading to death."
Provided such a case is accepted for trial in a court of law, this would almost certainly lead to the govt. defense lawyers being forced to argue that the govt. was (mislead) defrauded by the pharma corps., and perhaps individuals too. I wonder who will succeed in throwing who under the bus?

There was another case few months back somewhere in EU. Denied claim 'death by suicide as drug experimental and not mandatroy'. US insurance companies most likely looking to have that approach as well would bet.
