There are 17,000 ballots that couldn't be run through the machine, those will be heavily towards lake.
There are 104K ballots from a county that to date has gone towards lake. The mail in's were the only category going for Hobbs and they are almost all accounted for. The remaining votes will also favor lake, historically speaking.
So the pathway to cheat is very narrow and any attempt to just come up with an additional 100K+ ballots that all go to Hobbs is going to be extremely difficult.
