For those of you old enough, do you remember where you were and what you were doing when Pearl Harbor was attacked, or when the Apollo 11 astronauts landed on the moon? These are just a few of the "most important days in the history of our country". I don't think Donald Trump's statement on Truth is just an exaggeration. I believe that in the future, just like with the other major events of the past, each one of us will remember where we were and exactly what we were doing when he made his announcement!

I was in school, 8th grade. Decided to join the military pretty much that day.
Shipped out 4 years later. If I only I knew then what I know now.
Oh man me too. I watched the 92 war in Kuwait and decided then I would never join the military! I never did, and am glad now that I didn't.
9/11 started when I was in 1st period science class, but I didn't know until 2nd period when the teacher had the TV turned on. Her 1st period students were still in their seats when we walked in so we knew something crazy was happening. To see two giant smoking towers on the screen was mind boggling for us 13 year old kids.
My geography teacher said something later that day: "You're going to remember this day for the rest of your lives. You will remember where you were and what you were doing." Can't believe that was over 21 years ago, heh..
I was at home thinking Bush is a really evil guy. Skipped class that day too because Holland Tunnel was partially closed.
I was a Bush fan at the time. Fortunately, about 4 years ago, I escaped the matrix and can see more clearly now! In fact the date was 12/16/17. I had just been to a family Christmas party, and heard two of my in-laws discussing "Q"...
i was a bush fan until we gave Rs both houses and they did nothing about abortion
Columbia shuttle we were watching in school.
9/11 i was working outside. A break truck pulled up about 930am. He had Howard Stern on the radio. Needles to say there was complete confusion for the next hour. Howard was reporting on it live, and there were rumors of a dozen more planes in the air with destination unknown.
I'll never forget what the sound was like with absolutely no air traffic
I for one, will be sitting comfortably at my computer watching the greatest man God has ever lifted up inaugurate the Storm.
I was sitting at home eating a quesadilla and getting ready for college. I turned on the TV and the first plane had already hit. At that time everyone was still saying it was an accident.
Driving to work listening to Bubba The Lovesponge. The first plane, was like well there's been an accident, the 2nd plane, "Holy sht, holy sht!" and immediately cut the feed to the news.
20 years old, got up and went to work like any other day, no TV and just listened to cds back then so I had no idea until I got to work and it was on all of the TVs. Went home early that day and got a ticket on my way home. Not memorable but I remember every second of it!
Now instead of watching on my phone I'm going to watch it on the big screen!
Thanks for the hope!
In a gym, working out on a leg machine. I had such a look of horror on my face, that people whose backs were to the TV looked at me in shock, then turned around and looked at the TV. I got my stuff and quickly went home.
I was a sperm in some black guys ballsack and an egg inside a white lady.
Both huh? On the same day?
Two halves of me that wouldn’t come together for a couple months :(
So sad
YEP...I was working at Merrill Lynch Jacksonville and called the base and was on Active Duty for 2 years...did a tour in New York City and then the desert...

"Anyone you forgive, I also forgive. And what I have forgiven—if there was anything to forgive—I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake,"
Remember: President Trump is FIGHTING FOR OUR COUNTRY'S SOUL!!!!!!
At work in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, 18 blocks away.
The Kennedy assassination. The moon landing. The Columbia shuttle disaster. 9/11.
Yep....... vivid memories of each.
My husband had just taken our daughter to get her driver's license. While they were waiting they saw the news and called. She has a nice momento of a 9/11/01 expired driver's license. Of course, like everyone else, I was glued to the TV for days, numb with shock.
9/11 I was driving home from my nightshift job, JFK shooting I was playing in the road because a neighbor backed into the fire hydrant and broke it, Tiananmen Sq. tank vs. civilian I was bedridden with an injury, 2020 stolen elections I was listening to huge airplane traffic while trying to sleep.
I was working 3rd shift for the company that made those planes
being an aussie teen - i woke up to my aunt who i think was up all night watching it - i couldnt believe it = it seemed so surreal
I saw the moonwalk AND 9/11….on the Tel-A-Vision.
I was asleep, someone tried to wake me up about "an accident" and I fell back asleep. I woke up an hour later to find out what had actually happened.
I was sitting at work listening to Imus on the radio when they said a plane flew into a building. I ran out and had everyone turn on the tv in the office.
I was only 5 years old when it happened. Had afternoon kindergarten so I didn't go to school that day. I remember watching the replays of the attacks on the news. However, I remember the day before much better, as my dad took my brother and I to see the Blue Angels perform at the naval base close to us. My dad has video of one of the Hornets doing a very low pass over the crowd and I started crying because it was so loud. Was a fun day, but little did we know what the next day had in store for the entire world.
Dropping off my daughter at grade school and thinking “Here comes a war.”
