Since the election fraud, Bolsonaro is required to stay silent, so no-one can say he is trying to make a coup. So he is sending these comms, sometime with music to his ppl. This image is where he attended a event at the Supreme Court. In front t of him sits his biggest adversary, baldhead Moraes. And that simbol is like the coat of arms or seal of the presidency. Decode: I will stay your president for 4 more years.
