For some of us, we see this season as Advent. For most of us, we do understand the idea of waiting for Salvation. It is a season about waiting. For the ancients, it was about waiting for the return of the growing season, a metaphor for life. For about 2,000 years and some, it is about waiting for a return of one man, one man who was transformed before his followers eyes. He told them he had to leave, once again, but would come back. We don't know when. For some of us, it is a deep time to once again put our house in order, internally and externally. And we wait, and we hold dear the one idea, unto us, a child was born. It brings hope for his return, and I pray that it will be biblical, not political. I am talking about God in Christ, Triumphant and Supreme. Keep our eyes on the prize, and sweep sin out of our house. I wait for no man, none of them, to recognize me, comfort me, or give me life in a world without sin. And if in this season of Advent, I am asked to just do what i have been told to do, believe in HIM, because HE will come back for the world, not just my small world and my petty needs, but to save the world. May your Advent be peaceful, cleansing, and give you hope and Faith.

I should go, but I probably won't: meeting on proposed solar farm to be built in my neighbourhood. Would be good to go and speak out, but it will be attended by greenies and steered to ensure I won't get heard. Its proposed by the biggest local landowner who never loses except on one occasion when my entire village rose up in anger and said NO WAY to letting our ancient wood be taken over by a corporate Tree Jumpers outfit.
Until the Climate lie is exposed these plans will go ahead. May as well stay in and keep warm - and save my blood pressure from rising.
Where is this proposed? If in the NE, it is doubtful that a solar farm would actually produce more electricity (power) than what was required to build it, maintain it, run it, and stay active for the project life. Without subsidies, all these NE solar installations are not profitable as a business, and not economically justified for home installations.
