Yep. Official court document and they got the date wrong.
I hope that wasn't on purpose to throw a wrench in the works on a technicality.
These sorts of errors happen, usually it's pretty easy to correct them when it's obvious what the person intended. This shouldn't affect anything except embarrass whoever typed this up and/or didn't proofread it well enough.
My worry is the error is on the day and not the date. They could claim she didn't file in time by the date specified and claim the name of the day was insignificant. We'll see. We're watching a movie
Confidence inspiring, isn't it.
Yep. Official court document and they got the date wrong.
Does that typo in court docs pose an issue for Kari Lake's case?
No. It is an inadvertent typo.
White hats? Preventing the judge from threats
Seems like anything tied to AZ politics, whether election officials, judges, attorneys, etc., aren't the most competent people, at best, and crooked as corduroy at worst.
"integrity of any ballots" 😆
HOW does that emoji look like our suitcase stealer
Or “integrity” of any official incorrectly dated court order…

In addition, here is the link to the order.
So the defendants get to pick the auditor. So in other words its going no where.
Yes. The defendant will pick the best auditor that their money can buy or one that is blackmailed and controlled.
Not only that, but they are only going to inspect the ballots. That’s going to reveal nothing. The problem is with the mail-in envelopes which legitimized the ballots.
They learned a long time ago to launder ballots into the system so they could survive and win recounts. The ballots look legit. It is the process of legitimizing ballots that is suspect.
Lake needs to audit the envelopes.
Why not the ballot envelopes? Because they have the person's name? I'm in the process of creating a post related to election fraud, specifically fraudulent ballots, and it would seem, based on some findings posted to TGP, that the ballot envelopes would be very useful as they might show an address which doesn't exist.
There are several cases filed.
Entire filing here: https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1603178608419164160.html
What's really going on here........
The point of these proceedings, is not to expose the corruption, (that's a given to anyone with a triple digit IQ) but to show the unawakened that the system is totally broke and beyond repair.
To bring them to the 'precipice' of despair.
So when the military tribunals are brought front and centre....there will be no mass riots in the streets.
It's the envelopes with the phony, altered zip codes that expose the fraud. Change the zip codes, make them undeliverable, collect these "undeliverable" ballots, fill them in and count them. Easy, peasy. Then alter the data to look like it had never been touched.
How many ballots are we talking about here? Lake reported some 274,000 were questionable.
Here in Maricopa, my computer time from the Borg says it is Friday, Dec. 16.
Fucked up the date. They can do an administrative correction ink on print.
