I never sign any deal or contract without having one day = 24 hrs at minimum to think about it and have good night sleep on it. If someone urges me to hurry up, the deal is broken. (for 4,155 pages I would need at minimum four weeks!)

That would be 148 pages/day for 28 days. At an average reading speed of 40 pages/hour that would be reading the bill 3.7 hours per day. NO congressman will do that. Cross checking, notes and inquiries on what is what will burn up far more time. Bills over 200 pages are not read prior, only after the damage is done.
