That threat was a poll. He's asking how many people stopped buying from him because they believed he's against the vax and and masks.
Don't vote, it's an attempt to solidify a legal position against Ben. If he can show, for instance, 100k people stopped buying his products because they think he's anti-vax/anti-mask, then he can show damages in court against Ben for spreading misinformation (if he can prove to a corrupt judge that the anti-mask/vax position was mischaracterized).
Not withstanding CLOWN WORLD, in our normal timeline, misinformation has always been par for the course, not that this particular satire fits in this category. It actually isn’t saying anything explicitly.
