This is why I don’t trust lawyers. Their whole job is to change the wording to not be liable for anything.

Yep, COVID was a corona virus that infected the respiratory system but it didn't stop there like the common cold or flu. COVID also infected and damaged the cardiovascular, neurological, hematological, and immune systems.
Speaking of language, I think it's important to recognize that there may not have been one SINGLE entity referred to as covid, but rather a variety of weaponized, airborne entities.
