Quercetin, 1000mg a day, Zinc, 40mg a day, double dose of Vitamin D3, Nigella Sativa, double dose. She may take that cocktail in one or 2 times. Also have her drink some Macha green tea flavored with honey.
I will include her in our daily prayer.🙏🏻
Edit: calling my Bro u/Slechta5614 for spiritual help.
I agree with your dosaging of the quercetin and zinc...but not of the other things. In terms of vitamin C...it can be taken to bowel tolerance...meaning when you get diarrhea...if you are taking a mega-dose, which could be generally up to 5000 mg. or 5 grams OR more. It could be a lot higher depending on what you are dealing with. Don't be afraid of vitamin C...it is water soluble and the body will throw off any excess. When you hit bowel tolerance, just do a lower dose. I have always pictured vitamin C as your army mounting a defense against an invading army. You can also take vitamin C throughout the day or in intervals until bowel tolerance is reached. Andrew Saul is the primary source of info on Vitamin C currently...his info is helpful.
Black Cumin Seed Oil (Nigella Sativa) in addition to its' anti-viral, anti-parasite and anti-bacterial properties, also has properties that unclot the blood, allowing it to freely flow and it prevents the red blood cells from aggregating, or sticking together which prevents the free flow of oxygen exchange. The videos on that are quite amazing. Usually, a 500 mg. dose once a day is sufficient. It is a good supplement.
In terms of vitamin D... there have been suggestions that you can take as much as 20,000 IU's short term for various illnesses. The key to vitamin D usage is to have your blood tested so that you have an accurate assessment of your vitamin D level in the blood. When I was first tested, I was in the mid 20"s. I take 10,000 IUs of vitamin D daily with a Super K supplement and now it runs in the 60's. It is suggested that for protection against covid and for good health that you have vitamin D levels greater than 50. This has been a supplement that everyone should supplement if they are low. There is a condition where people are not absorbing vitamin D from the sun or supplements and that has to be taken into account when you determine how much you should take. D/K should be supplemented every day.
Also, a quick source of ivermectin is Valley Vet...for the horse paste...good company and reasonable prices and it is easy to take.
Hope Malamute's wife gets to feeling better...I might add that you can go online to the FLCCC website and see their latest updated protocols for covid. There are many other supplements that can be utilized. Also, you would do well to continue many of these supplements once you recover from covid to prevent future illness...
My pleasure... God bless your diligent posting with information...it is a group effort in everything that we do...trying to disseminate information. and helping each other out to the best of our ability.... your work is much appreciated...
I don’t know but my blood pressure is lowered by adding psyllum husks to my keto pastries and also by my daily piano practice. Maybe NS also contributes.
thanks for details/I'll have to look for psyllium today. as for the piano practice...i took lessons for over a decade/still can't play an entire song from memory;) need to work on that this spring.
There’s an app called « Flowkey » which I subscribed to. After a year and a few months I now can play « Pro-Level » songs. Psyllum is easy to find. Unless the supermarket people have never heard of it. It’s basically fiber which your lower intestine crave to eliminate the toxins. A tea spoon in a glass of water a day is sufficient.
Have you seen some studies that some people with thyroid issues have a problem taking quercetin??? You can substitute green tea for the same effect...I just had a couple family members that had a problem, so they stopped with the quercetin and the green tea worked fine.
Reminder...take NAC on an EMPTY stomach, either first thing in the morning a half hour before you consume any food or at night 2 hours after consuming any food. This is one of the best supplements I have added to our arsenal of healing...
also, take vitamin K with any D that you take...transports calcium to the bone, where it belongs...
Iodine in a saline solution is always good for any sinus infection. I just put about 5 drops in a saline solution bottle and use it to squirt up the nose. Works like a charm. Can also gargle then spit out to rid the mouth and throat of any infection. Can also be taken internally with a Lugol's 2% iodine solution...1-2 drops in water and can build up over time. Iodine is some great stuff!!!!!
Yes when you buy iodine you can buy food grade for consumption, which can be used topically or a preparation that is for use topically which can not be ingested. Iodine is the original anti-bacterial ointment.
Always spit any excess that goes in your throat out...same if you gargle...be sure to spit it out.
The food grade can be taken internally to balance the thyroid by starting with a drop in a glass of water and drinking...and slowly increasing the dosage over time. Always do your own research on any of this.
my taste/smell returned about same as your timeline...slowly at first...i had taken ivmctn and supplements when first started...mine was symptom of throat on fire feeling, coughing, lost voice a day or so and not sure it didnt damage vocal chords, but that was couple years ago...so i don't sing as well as before, lol...my dogs are happy...
I got covid 2021 thanksgiving. 14 months no smell. I went to a naturopath, he suggested nicotine gum, cut in half 3 times a day for 2 weeks. I now have some smell back, and taste. Not completely, I’d say 65%. Best of luck.
Yeah, hub lost his for about a week, I was happy, he wasn't picky about his food, couldn't taste it much, otherwise very picky eater to the point of annoying oh, and I snuck in a couple incense's that he usually growls about. Yup Yup yarrrrr
Got Covid last month on the 16th of Dec and still only feeling about 75% recovered….still have a dry cough and feeling fatigued as of today, 5 weeks later. Only lost my smell and taste for only a couple of weeks but seems to very from person to person. I was also got into a state of depression on some days but made my self go outside and get some sunshine on my face….that always helped. Tell her to hang in there and take it one day at a time.
Ivermectin. Could help with recovery and mitigating damage even after being ill with Covid.
Get the 1.87 paste from any feed store or tack shop. You can also order it through Amazon, at least in the USA. It's dosed by weight. Instructions are on the package.
As for me, I have not. I haven't tried anything chemical anyway. I just got used to it and increased my fruit intake. I know that tastes good so I tricked my mind and went on.
My wife and I did those sprays 2x a day and would inhale the aroma of spices such as garlic, cumin and cinnamon multiple times a day. Worked for us at least. That plus Zinc, Vitamins, ivermectin and HCQ.
Recovery of sense and smell is highly variable. It means your nerves are damaged and will have to regrow. Obviously time will depend on how much damage and how fast you regenerate.
Lost. Both taste & smell after Covid November 2020. Still not fully regained either. Got extremely depressed when everything tasted like chemicals, rusty metal and soap. Progressed to no taste which has been much easier to deal with. At this point, I live with it. Kinda my new normal. I’ve even managed to gain back a few of the 35 lbs I lost. At 5’ tall, I got quite puny.

This 👆
Add Niacin and Bromelain.
What would be a double dose of vitamin c and nigella sativa?
How long does quercetin and zinc per day last?
2 cocktails of what how far apart?
Recovery timeline?
Thank you 🙏
2 pills. It’s Vitamin D3, but you may add 2 x 350mg Vitamin C.
it’s a daily dose, one 500mg qcn pill and one 20-25 mg Zn pill per day, I double the dose whenever I cough during the night.
Before the night and before lunch?
It’s unsure. For me it was 2 days and I doubled the dose a third day to be sure.
For a really strong anti-parasite, there’s colloidal silver: a little cup a day.
God bless you for being such a nice husband.🙏🏻

not sure if i remember correctly, but does the nigella sativa help with blood pressure?
IVM will help with bp.

I did not know of that. Thanks, Fren!🙏🏻
Great recommendation, also time will help. My sense of taste and smell slowly returned after 6 weeks.
Im not a doctor but Bromelain, NAC, Vit D, Vit C and Zinc helped me a lot with this, one tablet of all these per day.
I hope this helps.
Thank you

Stpp taking covid tests
Horse paste 2x a day and I was done in 3 days.

Look up nattokinase for covid
Zinc + Vitamin C and D got me ship shape quick. Taste changes only lasted 3 weeks or so until they corrected.
Take zinc.
Normal side effects.

My smell and taste have not returned yet, 15 months
Mine haven't returned yet either. It's been over 2 years.
Have you tried Fluticasone Propionate and Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Sprays? It worked for My wife and I twice.

2 new studies just came out this week.
#1: Natto, a Japanese food; soybeans fermented with the bacteria Bacillus Subtilis, containing high concentrations of nattokinase
You can buy nattokinase in capsule form (Amazon, etc.)
#2: N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is synergistic with bromelain (digestive enzyme found in pineapple) to "completely dissolve" spike protein.
You can get both of these supplements, NAC and bromelain, in capsule form as well.

yepp. that is about as long as it took for me. even with all the supplements.
