The video confuses me. First of all, there's no sense of urgency or danger from Paul when the cops show up. If he's getting attacked wouldn't he make a fuss about it?
Instead, he's holding onto the hammer that his attacker is holding, while holding a cocktail in the other hand. Then he respond to the cop in a very casual manner. What!!?
Exactly. And didn’t it sound like somebody was snoring at the end?
Yes, you can hear it and then you see Paul's rib cage going in and out matching the snoring. He was out cold either by the hammer or the fall.
Edit: He was also not moving while the cops were holding the dude down.
Do you tend to snore when knocked out?
Maybe if your face down, ass-up with your nasal passages blocked
People snore when they are unconscious and supine, and if they have the post-nasal airway sagging problem that becomes apnea. Yes, it happens when you are asleep---but when you are asleep, you are unconscious, and the body no longer responds to conscious control. No surprise under these conditions.
It's quite common actually.
Yes. Apparently you grew up in a better place than I did.

One of my favorite clips growing up.
Paul was absolutely knocked the fuck out. The cop was also laying ontop of him too
Yes! I heard snoring too!!
it kind of sounded like wincing or groaning, which makes sense if he were bashed in the head and fighting unconsciousness. question is...who opened the door? and what about the broken side door glass from the inside?
Yet fox tells us it is a CHILLING 911 call.
Well there are ice cubes in the cocktail....
We are at the precipICE, makes sense to have a drink.
I take my bourbon neat, but have been known to take it straight if it's a finer product.
Pelosi is half the guy's size and twice his age. Let's be real about to what extent he could resist him physically. He was likely trying to keep things calm while also still nervous about the dude holding a hammer who could (and did) explode at any second.
One thing is for sure, Paul definitely knew his attacker or he wouldn't act so casual about the situation.
But.. that's my point. In his situation he had to act casual. If he didn't play it cool he could've only made it even worse.
Why didi he have to act casual? If you were getting attacked by an intruder would you act casual when the cops show up? No. You would scream for help. He acted casual because he knew the guy. Your logic doesn't add up, but mine does.
Drugs? Maybe he thought that he was holding a cock?
