Thank you for that undine53, few days ago I heard someone in TS talking about the Bible is a devil thing and I started to doubt, but I came back to reality about things that God and Jesus have done for me. They always remind me about things to no doubt that they are here with me and all of us as well. Also, I believe I have a lot of food and environment allergies and I am exhausted, but if I do not eat them I am ok, right now I am struggling with breathing but I know God is with me all the time.
Never doubt, stay solid no matter what satanic lies you hear. Sorry to hear you are not well; I was struggling with health issues and decided to try the caveman carnivore diet. In just two weeks there has been huge improvement, so I'll be sticking with it. It sorts out all kinds of problems; a simple basic diet is better than medication and supplements. Bless you.

Loads of videos on You Tube, most by doctors. Very basic: meat, eggs, fish, seafood and fowl, plenty of butter and water. No fruit, vegetables, oils or grain. Takes a while for the body to re-adjust, bit of a struggle at first but once you get going you don't want carbs. So glad I did it. With nutrient rich food you end up eating twice daily; shopping is now so much easier, preparation fast and simple, and little to wash-up - win win. And don't forget spiritual food, read your Bible daily. :D
