I've seen this before and I do like Chip Roy, he comes across as a stalwart good guy, but he needed to add something very important that most every Rep or Senator forgets to add in cases like this. He really should have added that the Constitution is there to limit the government, NOT to give rights to the citizens. Until that is hammered into people's brains again, some of this is just fluff.
