I normally don’t bring up the subject of “the vaccine”, but while talking to a older female neighbor 78 years old, we were talking about her health. I had mentioned vitamins, quercetin, zinc … the normal stuff having a good conversation exchanging ideas … I said “did you get the vaccine”? Immediately her body language changed to one of defense and she said “I’m not gonna talk about that” and started to back away and leave. She got real defensive and mentioned she had gotten all the shots. I tried to change the subject but the damage was done. Her smiling face turned to one of frowns and the sweet lady turned into something that just a few seconds earlier was just a real nice sweet old lady out for a walk. I was like Really !!?? I think she probably had been quizzed and asked about the vaxx before…

Well, it means she is waking up I guess. It used to be the unvaxxed were on defense. Seems like things have flipped. My sister, who is a troll and in the music industry, tells vaccinated people that gave her a hard time a year or so ago, not to come into her office in case they are shedding. They actually stand in the doorway and talk to her LOL.
Bruce Springsteen was supposed to perform in Dallas last Friday or Saturday, then in Houston tonight.
Late last week, 3 members of his band (little Steven and 2 others) came down with Covid... so they couldn't perform. I think they did the concert without those people. Not sure if any of them are well enough yet to play tonight's concert or not.
Bruce Springsteen was a BIG vax advocate and insisted that all concert audience be vaxed, present their vax cards or proof at the gate. You know his band is fully vaxed. 😬
I haven't heard of anyone getting covid for several months now. Only know a couple people boosted though.
Sister told me yesterday that my niece and her husband have the coof again, and that niece told her she needs another booster. This is after she recently got out of the hospital from having her thyroid removed due to the vaxx. (She's in her early 30's. Was always healthy until the death jab. Her, a great niece and my dad all have thyroids which were destroyed within 6 months of the jab. My dad died. But the other two are still living.)
I feel for you. Most of my family are right leaning libertarians, i couldn't imagine what it's like to have a commie family. I'm in my own hell now though, trying to find a woman to start a family with in an ocean of lgbt, vaxxed, obesity, abortion, colored hair and millions of tattoos and piercings. Fuck me. I'm going to go to east TN, or panhandle FL, or colorado springs.
I lived in ohio. I liked it. Unfortunately theres a ghetto culture anywhere near cities that I had such a hard time connecting with.
Research on male attractiveness makes me think our peak attractiveness is from 35-40. I don't know if i'd give up on the hunt in my 30s like your oldest, but i'd definitely mostly give up by 40. Barring some coincidence, reconnection, or miracle.
I think life is pretty awful for most men nowadays. But like the pareto principle, the top 20% consume 80%. If I can be mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially in the top 20% my chances for finding a quality mate goes up exponentially.
Partly for me, and partly for a future imaginary woman, I am going to pursue nutrition, fitness, meditation, and my business like my life depends on it. If I don't find anyone it would suck but i'll still have a baseline for my livelihood and health.
I don't know why I like TN and OH, but Kentucky and WV seem foreign and less appealing to me. What do you think is cool about them?
They must live in a very liberal area,I'm seeing very little of that in oklahoma.
Wow sorry to hear …
Look at schools. Those "horrible" teachers still get it. I am one. This is my fourth or fifth time. This one was a horrible headache with phlegm and coughing. I was very tired. Not as bad as the first time and not as bad as the flu. And yes, I do the FLCCC protocol. Not vaxxed.
Never caught it,but I do take vitamins and ivermectin.
But I don't normally catch the flu either.
And BS probably received saline jabs from TPTB (to prove that the jabs are safe).
Ha! That is awesome.
LOL and those people were sold on the jab by getting told they would be part of the group that was right and who would now have a newly-created lower class beneath them, the lowest of the low that they could treat however they wanted because they had no rights whatsoever if they didn't get the jab. Flash forward today and they are standing meekly in the hallway asking permission to speak, and being warned not to take a single step further, I don't want your damn shedding on me. LOL
I had that happen right after the mask mandates were lifted last year in my area and people were finally getting out and enjoying life. I went to my local gym and got on a treadmill next to an older woman who was walking with effort.
I made pleasantries and somehow we got on the subject of her taking the vaccine and 'now felt safe to go out and do things'. She mentioned the day after the shot she fell face down in her driveway when walking back from the mailbox and fell unconscious, laying there until a neighbor found her there. She proudly related that she then took the second one, and then the booster.
I tried to give her some red pill information, and inquired as to why she'd take the second shots after the first shot did that to her. She got defensive and stopped her treadmill efforts and packed up and left the gym!
their anger is PRIDE. They know they fucked up, but cannot admit it, even to themselves.
Mixed with fear, yep.
Do they not see the irony? They wanted guards in front of every restaurant checking vax passports. Yet now they think it is in bad taste to ask if they were jabbed.
Overheard in pharmacy pickup line: Elderly man A: I just got my booster. Are you here for a shot? Elderly man B: Hell no! I value my heart more than that! Elderly man A: (steps back) Well, I'll get a new heart. Self: (rolls eyes) Elderly man B: Good luck with that. Elderly man A: (turns away baffled) Self: (Congratulates Elderly man B)
I would have invited that old man out for a pancake breakfast and told him that I would give him all the time in the world to tell me stories about his youth whilst we share a pot of coffee. What a based champion!
Cognitive dissonance in action
A year ago she thought the UNVAXXXT should be locked up.
Who cares? They had no problem pushing that shit for 2 years making me feel bad for not getting jabbed, they can feel it in return now that the evidence is surfacing that they CHOSE the mark of the beast.
Anger is part of the cognitive dissonance
I told all my neighbors it was no good a year + also told them i,refused to take it.
Hopefully it slowed them down on the boosters.
You just witnessed cognitive dissonance- her world view was being challenged and her brain froze. Give it time and be kind-- she's fighting waking up
No one cares or talks about the vaccine except for people in conservative circles (yes, that includes here). I live in a normie city and work with normie people in a normie neighborhood. No one talks about vaccinations because no one cares. How many conversations do you have about your lunch from last week? It's that level of who gives a shit.
Perhaps, in the future rather than asking a question most older people were raised to believe is profoundly rude and none of anyone's business, ie "did you get the vaccine?" figure out WHY you asked that question.
If, after reflection, the reasons seem noble, perhaps figure out a more effective way to get that info or achieve those noble goals.
Right now, getting people to open up and talk WITH you often requires the same patience and skills needed to tame feral animals enough to let you touch them.
I appreciate the thought. I’ll keep that in mind. However her response was not like that’s my private business but like she been down that road before and had a bad experience with others.
