I sure haven't met any Dewine supporters post covid. I tend to think he had a bit of help "winning" his recent re-election, being too stupid to undertsand that the worst possible place for him to be would be remaing as Governor.
A little help? Like the Sec of State running the election for both of them? No way DeWine got almost 50%. I don't know a single person who would even consider voting for him even though it was rigged so he'd be the only candidate.

Send the water sample to a SOIL, PLANT AND WATER ANALYSIS LABORATORY at the nearest university to you but outside of ohio.
You'll need to request water bottles to fill from them but its really cheap. tell them you bought some property with a pond and want to test before you start stocking with fish
