Can confirm -- there are a handful of Ukraine flags scattered about my close-to-DC 'burb here in the Peoples' Republic of Northern Virginia. Usually planted next to the repulsive "Hate has no home here!" and "We believe in (insert litany of libtarded tropes)" yard signs. One thing you can count on here -- these people can signal ALL of the virtues, like nobody's business.
There are a couple here and there in my pretty-Demonic-Rat-Blue area.
