I'm having a hard time distinguishing who is worse now. We were taught the Nazis bad but never why the Commies are bad. I'm an adult and I'm only just discovering how bad the commies were. Like a fat as I know the Nazis did bad things - or so were told. But I heard an interesting theory that Soviets used the dead bodies of the holomodor to stage the Jewish extermination before the rest of the allies got to see the concentration camps. Thoughts???

Yep. Commies are more dangerous. Nazis tend to show you more clearly who they are. The Commies lie to your face and subvert everything, while blaming you for the problems they caused, and turning your family and friends against you like an abusive, gaslighting partner.

I don't think you can determine which is worse. Both systems are evil in their own ways. I despise both equally.
My parents survived both. All my life I was told how things were.
When the nazis invaded Ukraine you may have even seen old news reels of peasants cheering them on because they thought soviets were worse, that nazis will fight them then the peasants/partisans will fight off whats left of the nazis. The nazis didnt keep secret the extermination camps because it was 'good for the reich'. It was others like Americans that couldnt believe it, it was too horrible to believe. There were some German women who sent their kids to hang out near the camps to sneak in an apple or a potato to Ukie prisoners - few but again the camps were not a secret.
I was told the nazis are only powerful in large numbers in battle but quick to surrender or run.

Nazi = Communism. Looking back, WW2 seemed like it was a social experiment among the different communist systems. If you’re looking for an example of a “Far Right-Wing Extremist,” I would say the Amish, and they’re not threatening.

When trying to look up the definitions, I find the explanations are vague or obscure, and the political spectrum has been shifted so far to the left, it’s hard to discern the differences; much like trying to understand the differences between a Democracy and a Republic.

Here’s a video I found. There’s a lot to unpack, but it’s a good watch. It looks like the old formula that we’re used to, a couple of “Republicans” beating up on a Democrat on a “right-leaning” talk show, but it’s really 2 Globohomos beating up on a Patriot. Larry McDonald goes on to inform us that the developed nations (1st-Worlders) have been subsidizing and fostering communism all over the world. So the point I'm trying to get ppl thinking on is why do we always hear/ read about Nazi's in the news but never communists when they're just as potenent a force. (For whatever reason in all media they seem to be downplayed or even downright defensed for whatever reason)

Hey I just replied to another comment kinda asking me the same question. But I seem to be heading a lot about the Ukrainian Nazis but I'm just trying to be a data point for some necessary discussion. Plus I'm pretty sure glowies watch this board so I'm trying not to give them clues about identity. This place is beautiful because you can still make post relativly anonymous (IT ppl will prob disagree) where they can't build a huge profile that eventually threatens employment.
It has taken me a long time to realize this, but in the end both are the.same. The ideologies are a justification to strip the individual of their rights in service of a "greater" good (party, race,etc). This "greater"good is of course an amalgam fiction created and maintained by the state propaganda machine. In terms of mechanics also both are the same- a small group of Oligarchs presides over the rule and resources of the state, imposing their whims on the average person.
The choices are dictatorship and freedom. Labels don't matter.

There is hardly a spit worth of difference. Both are left wing ideologies. Don't believe the crap that fascism is right wing. Both are totalitarian. Fascism controls the means of production and communism owns the means of production. Freedom, Capitalism, God and Justice are all right wing. Libertarian is farthest right, but a little too much anarchy and drugs. Conservatism is the place to be.

Hitler was controlled opposition. The best thing Germany could’ve done for itself was kick out the globalist bankers, establish its own national bank, focus on peaceful industrial competitiveness, and keep its military inside its own borders. The Germans could’ve had their factories cranking out commuter automobiles, passenger aircraft, and industrial equipment while having their scientists develop cutting edge new technologies for commercial applications. Instead of militarily invading Poland, the lowlands, France, etc, Germany should’ve become an economic empire, expanding their financial influence through peaceful trade. Hitler fucked it all up and Germany is still fucked to this day. Makes me think Hitler was a Judas goat, planted by Germany’s enemies.
