Hershey's is literally the shittiest chocolate I've ever tasted, and I've tasted a LOT.
It looks like shit. And it tastes like shit.
The best one they have is special dark and it's not all that great.
Especially hersheys special dark chocolate sauce, although I remember Alton Brown did an episode showing how easy it is to make your own chocolate sauce. Ice cream without dark chocolate sauce is a life not worth living.
