It's a Getty photo. There are quite a few others from the event. In most of them, Mike looks like that. The others have gone beyond photoshop and used AI filters to clean up her appearance.
Check this one.
Notice there are no wrinkles on any of the faces, and how the edges of the faces are perfectly smooth. An AI identified a face, and removed all flaws on all three people in this picture. Also notice that most of the wrinkles on her dress are gone. They may have done the old trick of reducing the photo width while maintaining the height to slim her up, some.
That shot is a major difference. I’ve never seen Mike in person.. so I’ve probably been missing that photos are normally heavily filtered and altered
