Regarding the RFID chip - the jabs were given from vials which 'serviced' several people. How would the developers make sure each 'recipient' received an RFID? Wouldn't this have to be a one-to-one vial/person ratio? or would there be so many RFIDs populating the serum that there was a high chance everyone would get some of these?
