Anyone charged with a crime can be arrested. It's always been that way. The question is why are they choosing to arrest him now. And that's already been answered. Because he has arranged for them to arrest him as part of a plan to set a precedent for arresting Obama.

Yes, I hope they do arrest Trump. It’s be meaningless for him, but would awaken many… and of course set the precedent for arresting more presidents.

I’m wondering if this doesn’t have dual purposes.

1. Arrest 45 = precedent to arrest other current/former presidents.

2. Arrest 45 for $$$/sex scandal = massive publicity and public outrage, highlighting the congressional slush fund ($17+ million tax payer dollars) to secretly pay off accusers claims of sexual harassment from senators and congress.

Exactly right. We have a new precedent for Executive Priviledge...and another one for raiding past President's homes and offices. This will make Trump 3 for 3. Being Liberal means never having to ask yourself...'then what?' These people are like rabid dogs with only one all consuming thought on the mind, get Trump, and damn the consequences.
