I'm still trying to figure out why she only shot 3 kids. You'd think they'd go classroom to classroom spraying. Like why those specific kids and specific adults? Where the kids locked in classrooms with the others? Why only 3 with all of those guns?
Another comment... in the video when the bodycam guy tells the blue shirt to go through the door... "rifle first" ... it dawned on me that that sounded awfully instructional. Then as they go through, there's a guy standing in the doorway to the right as they go through the door and turn left and run to the center desk. So, was this a training? Possibly at a similar school elsewhere and videoed a while ago so cops seeing it wouldn't say "That's just our training video" .
Even the dead perp... almost staged on the floor. Do you ever see the perp standing? There are so many other bodycams. Why this one?
Edit; I have seen 2 bodycams vids, now... neither one shows the perp at the window being shot. And, what's more is that there are a lot of police standing in the hallways not in any alert position... as if they are evaluating those who are running through the drill.
I counted at least 4 5.56 mm rounds from the carbine and another 4 from the pistol, probably 9mm. 5.56 at that range isn't stabilized on its axis and is still yawing and pitching. The bullet strikes at an off angle and tumbles within the body. Add hollowpoints, ballistic tips or softpoints and the wound channel becomes quite large (approx 8-10 inches in diameter). The pistol doesn't have the same amount of kinetic energy and are undoubtedly hollowpoints. Federal HST, Speer Gold Dots, Remington Golden Sabers or some equivalent. These are specifically designed not to overpenetrate and deposit all their kinetic energy within the body of the perpetrator. As far as blood, I have seen what looks like a horror movie and I have seen others with virtually no blood apparent, however I have never seen multiple gunshots from both a carbine and a pistol that doesn't show traumatic entry wounds with blood coming out. The first rounds can be relatively blood free, however subsequent shots tend to cause hydrostatic pressure that causes blood to come out of the initial entry wounds because the wound cavities fill with blood.
Thanks for that, I haven't spent hardly any time looking at the film if I'm honest, as I'm taking a break from digging.
Yes indeed, we used to use 7.62mm rounds which would usually exit pretty much anything, even at distance, so the move over to 5.56mm rounds was for exactly what you said, more damage inside the body as the round tumbles.
Maybe if my mood changes I will take a closer look, but right now I need a break.
The 5.56 in hollow point, ballistic tip and soft point is far more effective than fmj. FMJ relies on either less than 100 meters (still not stabilized on its axis) or striking a bone to cause a large amount of damage. Velocity is very important for such a small diameter. The trend for shorter barrels has hurt the round significantly as the rated spec of 3200 fps is for a 20" barrel. The M4 has a 14.5" and is commonly issued. That 5.5" results in a significantly reduced velocity that severely reduces the effectiveness of the round, especially at ranges greater than 100 meters. This is mitigated by use of expanding projectiles, however it is banned by the Geneva convention, so it isn't helpful for our military. Law enforcement has no such limitations and that makes the round far more capable. At short ranges, like in the video, 5.56 is quite brutal.
Or pegged from a sniper/police outside, whom she was firing at. Although the officers inside began rushing upstairs toward the shots when they located it’s position. But, that window silhouette woulda been an easy shot.
Ashley Babbitt had a lot more blood from only one shot, that was likely only a ricochet according to video showing the bullet hitting the broken out window frame.
Really. Try it with a pot of tomato soup. One can of the condensed with one half can water will be about the right consistency. Spurting, copious blood happens if a main artery is cut and cut enough and there is no mitigation like a crush or burn to temporarily block the blood flow and there is an exit path. Sometimes, say a lung wound, there is a lot of blood but the path of least resistance is into the chest cavity, not outside.
You know, as soon as the heart stops, the blood stops pumping. It isn't like our bodies are balloons full of blood that will all drain out once there is a hole. Blood doesn't flow like water at its runniest and it is designed to start clotting immediately. And just how much of the body have you seen? I've seen a pixilated head and a crumpled heap. How do you know what's under the heap? How do you know about the walls? How many people or animals have you seen shot in real life?
Note how this author speaks of the blood flowing into the interstitial space in a near fatal shooting that hit the femoral artery. It wasn't flowing out even though this man almost bled to death! It was flowing between the muscles of his leg and causing a swelling--the author alludes to other instances. This is just one example of why there is not always a lot of blood showing, regardless of movie drama.

Was/Were
No/Mas
So... was this real, or a training, or staged and totally fake with no one actually killed?
That's where we are: the inability to know the truth, or rather, the immediate questioning of whatever is put out there as the truth.
All that seems to matter is how this story--true or not--will be leveraged by others.

Seems very fishy
There was a training drill 13 months before the shooting.
I expected to see someone, ANYONE at some desk, somewhere. Nothing whatsoever. Looked like an empty school.
Where are the holes and blood?
Just to throw this out there...
It would appear she was shot in the back (looking out the window?), given the way she landed face up.
Unless it was a head shot (then there would be blood/splatter on the clothing) there appears to be no exit hole.
Anyone know what weapon took it down, allegedly?

Blood?
the video "shows" a minimum of 4 shots into the head /upper torso of the "shooter" most certainly you'd see some blood/carnage at that close range.
Absolutely.
Ashley Babbitt had a lot more blood from only one shot, that was likely only a ricochet according to video showing the bullet hitting the broken out window frame.
Carpet....blood doesn't flow like it does on tile.

Nonsense. IT was 'supposedly' shot several times with no blood visible on IT, the floor, or the walls?
I don't care how she "identified" I am not buying into their twisted nonsense. She was a female, end of story In more ways than one.

shoes dont match the video
Nashville police need to train the Uvalde police.
were is the blood?
Coincidence? https://twitter.com/DelayneRains/status/1640477324922478592
does anyone know how to find these shoes online?
edit: why I love this site. https://communities.win/c/GreatAwakening/p/16amU47QQw/the-shoes-dont-match-entry-filme/c/
Yup just like posted previously, those shoes don't match the video of the shooter entering the school.
https://files.catbox.moe/kwobez.png shoe comparison
Yeah they do...compression artifacts are making color on top
Looks fake. Not just the body position, but the hand and arm look like that of a real doll.
People are comparing the shoes, and they don't look the same as the ones SHE was wearing in the video.
How come the shoes are different than when she entered the building?
And the camo pants look different too…
