Liberals are rejoicing now but they don’t realize they have set the stage for the future prosecution of a former or even sitting president by some ultra conservative city or county prosecutor on a state charge based on some novel legal theory. How about accessory to murder when an illegal immigrant kills someone in a state after being allowed entry contrary to existing immigration law. Many other instances could be in play.

We all remember when then Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid changed longstanding practice and Senate rules to allow confirmation of Obama judicial nominations by simple majority vote. That “first” by a radical democrat resulted in later confirmation of two Trump Supreme Court Justices by simple majority vote which led to overturning Roe v Wade.

So let me just play this out, if it's OK to indict Trump for a misdemeanor, then:
a) it's going to be OK for Clinton to be tried for paying 6x the amount to Paula Jones for the same misdemeanor
b) it's going to be OK for Bush to be tried for 9/11
c) And Obama can be hung for creating the Covid genocide
And wouldn't the statute of limitations have expired by now on the others?
And you'd have to get a DA and grand jury to go along with the idea that Bush was responsible for 9/11, something that the general public doesn't believe.
Truthfully, there has been nothing stopping any of the other Presidents to have been indicted for something.
All you need is a DA willing to put their neck on the line and a grand jury to vote to indicte.
