DEMONrats.
Unconstitutional never will be approved.
Let's see what Sanctimonious does now.
Parallel economy guys. Sure, this is a double edged sword for us but it only means we will be able to seek out like-minded medical care because based docs won't be forced to play lets pretend that penis = woman.
In other words, docs can tell mentally ill "patients" to fuck off and mentally ill docs can do the same with us.
Needs to be done.
Edit: Of course this will be used to argue that it sets a precedence that vaxx refusal in any capacity can be used to excommunicate a citizen.
Either way I say let's see how it plays out because technically we should be covered by Constitution already where we should all be able to segregate however we wish.
I'm definitely not knowledgeable in this area but isn't this essentially why doctors are allowed to refuse to perform abortions?
This is medical Treason
How so?
Parallel economy doesn't really work if they also go after those doctors.
There is never one angle of attack, it is never so black and white.
Perhaps but if we have any confidence that we are the majority let's act on it. Budweiser is a great example - the boycott worked due to massive pushback.
There is a lot to unpack and I can't write an essay here but I will say that using law to force doctors is unconstitutional. They have a choice same as a bakery willing to bake a gay wedding cake or not. Socialized medicine got us here and also powers the trans movement.
This fight seems endless.
Fastest way out imho is decentralized currency and decentralized fed institutions. Let the individual decide what they pay for. Let the welfare leaches dry in the sun.
We're either majority patriot in this country or not, time to act like it and let the degenerates pave their own paths to hell.
He will approve it because he always allow bad guys to get away with everything. Take a look at the hurricane insurance fraud. The Floridians got screwed.
From the article: "Medical standards, not ethical, moral, or religious beliefs, should guide medical treatment and health care services."
I had to visit my primary doctor recently and they made me fill out the prelim paperwork again. The questions after verifying my address, employer, insurer, etc... were what gender I identify as and my pronouns used. I ignored it and nothing was said, but this will be used against us soon.
Did they also ask if you received the Covid shot and are fully boosted?
In their defense I guess, no they didn't ask. They never have and I loathe going to the doctor since C19 made the scene, but made appearances for strictly things that only they could help with. One time they had me test for flu and covid in the parking lot (blew my nose and swiped that). Then they told me I couldn't come inside until the quick results were back. I had to go #1 really bad and they would NOT let me use the bathroom. Pointed and said try the gas station down the road. I was livid to say the least.
These were the medical group's policies. I like my doctor and have had him for years so he's not directly responsible and I don't want to switch and wouldn't know where to start if I did.
I would have pissed on the wall of their office.
I just wondered because they are supposed to ask that for coding the bill for insurance reimbursement. I guess there is a reason that in order to get Social Security you must sign up for Medicare. That way the government knows everything about you. They take money out of Social Security every month topay for Medicare. What if you are healthy and want to pay out of pocket, if you need medical care? No, they have already extracted over $2700/month for insurance which you might not need. You have zero choice.
2700 a month? What? They take about $280 per month from us.
I couldn’t remember the monthly cost without looking it up. It was a conservative estimate.
The government has to look good to its recipients. It'll never be the conservative estimate. ;)
Sort of like how people without kids are paying thousands upon thousands to provide government indoctrination day care for everyone else's kids without being allowed input into the quality of it?
We live in a society and a lot of folks are just selfish, to state the obvious. Kinda funny when you think of it.
But this might in the future turn around and bite you. As health care becomes more expensive for those suffering adverse effects, health insurance and life insurance costs may increase if you declare you took the Covid shot. Employers may also not hire those with the jab because of adverse events and lost work days, use of sick time. It is a catch 22. No easy answer.
I like your style
I guess we know that you identify as "Lion" on the pronouns section.
Pretty badass honestly, awesome gender. I'm probably going to go with Inequitable Quasimasked Viking, which I'm told gives me the right to take all of their women and belongings as reparations.
Abortion isn’t health care.
I believe the intent may be to prevent medical professionals from being forced into providing or assisting in abortion, but the overly broad language seems to indicate the intent is not what it seems.
Exactly. It’s a great bill. We shouldn’t support making ethical and moral doctors (are there any?) to perform abortions, gender affirming 🤮 or anything else that is morally questionable to them.
No one should be forced to provide services contrary to their moral, ethical or religious beliefs. Likewise no one should be forced to take any treatment, “medication“, or service contrary to the same. Neither should be held culpable. There are plenty of others out there who are willing to provide the services, whether it is a baker, a doctor, etc.
Well I was thinking in terms of: assisted suicide or abortion which goes against religious beliefs and does provide harm which is irreversible: DEATH.
It almost seems as if they are leaving the law to be challenged in court, overly broad, arbitrary and capricious. I don’t trust politicians.
And now to cater to prescribing drugs for attempted sex changes and/or surgeries. I remember nurses and drs being fired for refusing to participate in an abortion and gov telling Catholic hospitals that they had to perform abortions and requiring nuns to buy abortion benefits (little sisters of the poor). Needs to be carefully written. What was understood pre Obama care needs to be returned and agree the language needs to be clear.
Here's the thing: I do not believe that it is anyone's right to force another person to provide them any type of service, period, end of story. Go ahead and downvote, this is what freedom looks like. I don't need the government to tell me I can discriminate, I can discriminate. Publically funded stuff is a different question.
It is amazing how this simple glimpse of true freedom is lost on the supposed "awakened" crowd.
Bake a cake or don't. Socialism by definition means equal coverage be it health, food, etc.
Healthcare is publicly funded to various degrees. As long as that is the case, you are entitled to the same as anyone else.
The way to stop that is complex and not equal to everyone, but it begins with encouraging healthy choices instead of emphasizing "healthy at any size", and also lowering drug prices like Trump did.
Until we stop funding the socialist countries by proxy like Trump wanted, that makes the waters unnavigable.
People will rarely give you shit for being say, 250, maybe even 300 (depends on height and how you carry it)
But then you have Gillette land whales sucking up all the theft money used on healthcare, and criticism means being shamed for being "fatphobic", which of course everyone should be because being fat is scary for a lengthy list of reasons.
I went off on a tangent a bit but point is this: If healthcare is funded by the theftpayer, the theftpayer deserves the same coverage. This goes for any insurance that accepts any amount of federal funding. If one penny was given from theftpayer money, they should not be able to deny you.
I agree with you in the case of things like baking a cake, where it's a truly private business, but once theftpayers foot any amount of the bill, that goes out the window.
This is socialism - wtf really bro.
Nobody cares about "health-care" here! The wise among us heal with whole foods, prudence, and folk remedies. Years of the media showing the public that big pharma and hospitals screw over every last veteran, poor person, and anyone else that cares to live. They made documentary after expose, after article after article about how the entire industry takes advantage of everyone. Making sure every last person has massive access to extremely addictive narcotics.
No serious people give a damn about "health-care". Even if they could provide it, they won't. But they can't. So people need to just walk away and quit the shit. The people that want to go tangle with them, will end up dead anyway. Another instance where a boycott of the entire matter would be the quickest way towards a solve.
Yup. Many cancers can be healed with raw food, plant based diet and juicing along with Fenbendazole, turmeric, CBD, etc. It’s all a scam.
💯🎯❤️🙏
Why would you insist some doctor who doesn’t want to give you a mangina to cut off your dick and give you a mangina? Do you think they’re going to do a good job?
Ha ironic cause I wont ever go to a hospital again because of their lack of morals and willingness to kill their patients with obviously detrimental treatments (remdesivir -> ventilator) and administration of untested experimental gene therapy.
They do the same with cancer. Chemo is basically poison and almost never works at curing cancer.
Fenbendazole or ivermectin for life... Hope they never get their hands on you again, prayers fren!
Slippery slope.
Well, on the bright (cynical) side, about 95 percent of the time I wouldn’t want the health care system to provide me their services anyway.
That's what I said. Why does anyone on this board give a damn about this when nobody here wants to have anything to do with drs or hospitals, doesn't trust any of them, and believe most will be eventually convicted of crimes against humanity anyway? Lol. Hooked on victimhood .
My first thought too, actually.
General Bill by Health & Human Services Committee and Healthcare Regulation Subcommittee and Rudman (CO-SPONSORS) Baker; Bankson; Beltran; Berfield; Black; Canady; Daniels; Garcia; Gossett-Seidman; Griffitts; Michael; Plasencia; Roth; Steele; Temple; Yeager

Every single sponsor is a republican except for: Daniels: Democrat
Good....I'm tired of paying for that shit anyways.
What happened to healthcare being a human right?
It's what, now? Would food not be a human right first? Where's my three daily, bigot?
Discrimination again, but in another way.
Wouldn't this conflict with EMTALA? Chronic untreated conditions usually end up at the ER...
One after the other, their final effort.
Lol, so an average modern doctor then!
Or, you'll be making money off the patients the other docs won't see. Simple market rules.
