Fair enough. It's definitely strange-looking, and it's subjective of me to suppose that the intention is to suggest a 6th finger. So it's an opinion, but I believe that's what the artist intended, despite the lack of clarity. A different interpretation is fair, but it begs the question what the artist's intention was. Especially because none of those fingers look remotely like a pinky, something anyone who does portraits would know about. To me it looks like he has two middle fingers, and the pinky is tucked underneath.
It's a shit painting, so I don't expect the idiot "painter" to do a good job, hell, they cut and pasted the bushes, that's how lazy and shitty painter was.
The 6 fingers also matches Einstein's portrait of Bill Clinton, the one where's he's wearing a blue dress and pointing at the viewer like Uncle Sam.
